Using iTrace allows you to access an array of individual information through one provider. No software or integration is required.

Do I have to pay a monthly or annual subscription to get access credit enquiries?

No. You only pay per enquiry made.

How do I pay for my enquiries?

You can prepay by EFT or Cell Pay Point.

Is iTrace a different company to MyGate?

No, iTrace is a MyGate product.

How does MyGate get access to credit information?

MyGate is integrated into Transunion ITC and is able to request credit reports in real-time.

Who can help me to understand how to interpret my report?

MyGate has a dedicated team to assist you with any enquires you may have.

Do I have to get consent of a consumer before requesting a consumer enquiry report on them?

Yes, a consumer must give consent before requesting a consumer inquiry report.

Do I have to get consent of a business before requesting a business enquiry report on them?

Consent is not required.
