MyGate Web is an internet-based solution that uses the MyGate Web Console to manage debit collections.

The web interface eliminates the need to upload files and store data, but still allows a range of functionality, including the ability to:

• Create debit order clients
• Set up recurring debits
• Set up time- and date-frames for debits
• Access in-depth reporting debit order transactions

The data is stored on MyGate's servers in a secure, yet accessible manner. This solution is typically recommended for monthly debit orders of 100 or less.

The MyGate Pro solution allows companies to directly upload a debit order file or a Naedo file to MyGate. These files can either be uploaded through the MyGate Web Console or by integrating into MyGate's web service. The web service allows for companies processing larger volumes to upload these files from their own systems interface.

MyGate provides two levels of user access. User One can create and submit the debit order facility; while User Two has the final release rights on the debit order collection system.
